In compliance with Article 13 (Personal Data Protection Code) of the Italian Legislative Decree Law no. 196 of June 2003, it is noted that:

1.Any personal details disclosed will be used for the sole purpose of answering your questions and in general responding to any requests made. Additionally, personal information may be used for promotional activities and the occasional mailing of information about the resort and surrounding area.

c)the method applied, should the processing of data take place with the aid of electronic means;
d)the details of the data processing holder, those responsible and those representative as stated in paragraph 5;
e)parties or others to which the personal details could be disclosed or could become knowledgeable as appointed representative responsible or on behalf of the state.

3.The interested party has the right to be informed about:
a)the updating, rectifying, or, if interested, the addition of data;
b)the cancellation or the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of the processing of data in the breaking of the law, including those of which it is not necessary to be kept in regard to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c)a declaration that the obligations including their content stated in letter a) and b) have been made known to all those that should have access to the information accept in the case that the fulfilment of such an obligation proves itself to be impossible or involves the use of clearly disproportionate efforts compared to the right defended.

4.The interested party has the right to object to entirely or partially:
a)to the processing of personal data even if relevant to the purpose of the data collection for legitimate reasons;
b)the use of personal details for the mailing of promotional literature, direct selling, market research or commercial communication.
